There is an unspoken rumor that leaders are “weak” if they reach out for help. Leader to leader - that’s bullshit… we all need help once in a while.

Accountability Work Sessions are pre-scheduled work sessions to set aside time to work through the things that you are struggling with.

I come alongside you and provide judgement-free support to work through whatever you’re needing to get done. That support can look like cheerleading, reminders, or even “professional mom-style nagging” if that’s what works for you. ;)
